First our staff will answer your calls in your business name; second, screen and forward per customers direction. Customers can choose to accept the caller, forward to someone else, our staff can take a message or direct the call to voicemail.

Our Live answering hours are weekdays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time (For holidays check out our Office Schedule). Long Distance is Unlimited in U.S. Continental area.

NOTE:  You have overage options which allows you to add on a bundle of calls or change the monthly bundle to the package that fits your growing needs. If you do not wish to add a bundle at a discounted rate or upgrade your monthly package then you will be charged $1 if you receive more than the allotted amount of calls per your package..

Included: Our customers calls will be setup to route one-place during business hours then to another place after work hours. The staff of receptionist answer calls weekdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The Call Time Scheduler will seamlessly route calls to a designated number or voicemail after hours from 5:00pm to 9:00am. Lastly, after hour calls may be answered by customer assuring significant calls can be answered.
