Standard Live Answering

Our receptionists answer clients call in their business name. Then, take a message and via primary email address send the information to customer during standard working hours. Standard working hours are Weekdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Call forwarding is not available with this service. Customers will be charged $1 if they receive more than the allotted amount of calls per their package. Noteworthy, Customers have overage options which are; they can, at a discounted rate, add on a bundle of calls or change the monthly bundle to the package that fits their needs.
