You provide a mail forwarding address and choose a schedule for sending mail. How we forward mail and how often is determined by the you. Our staff will collect, store, and then forward mail as prearranged. *Charges may apply.
CMRA
We receive all United States Postal Service mail on your behalf. BSSI is registered with the United States Postal Service as a commercial mail receiving agency (CMRA). Therefore, we require USPS Form 1583.
Standard Mail Scan
We provide the Standard Mail Scan, where we email a document showing each envelope front for identification purposes. This service is a visual representation of your mailbox and allows you to prioritize the contents; which minimizes trips to the office; and decrease forwarding costs.
Premium Mail Scan
With Premium Mail Scan, we send via email a document showing each envelope front for identification purposes;. In addition, the first page of the contents with in the envelopes will be sent too. Additional pages scanned must be requested. There is a 10-cent charge/additional page.

All phone Answering packages provide a local phone number.. The local number provides an ideal image when customers are looking to work with a local business.
Auto-Attendant
With all live answering packages you receive the auto-attendant which provides 6 dialing options to a caller. Callers can be routed to different departments or people. The Auto-attendant forwards voicemail messages to the client via email. Our clients do not call-in to delete messages.
