Getting USPS Form 1583 from clients?
Commercial mail-receiving service agencies, such as BSSI Virtual Office, should be 100% dedicated to ensuring that all clients complete the USPS Form 1583 accurately and on time. We are registered with the USPS as a commercial mail receiving agency (CMRA). Therefore, we can receive mail on behalf of our customers. When a company signs up for mail receiving, usually as part of a business address package, the service provider must be a CMRA.
A USPS application must be completed and submitted to the USPS by a company to be designated as a CMRA. BSSI Virtual Office has completed this application to ensure our customers are compliant with the USPS.
