BSSI provides two types of mail scan notifications. When you subscribe to a virtual office and add the Standard Mail Scan Service, we scan your mail upon arrival. You receive a same-day email alert that provides a digital representation of the mail you received.  You will see the front of the envelope of your mailbox contents.
Upgrade to Premium Mail Scan
Please upgrade to the Premium Mail Scan service when wanting to view the contents of received mail before picking it up or having it forwarded to you. Our staff scans your mail upon arrival. You will receive an email alert that provides a digital representation of the mail you received. See the front of the envelope PLUS the first page of the letter’s contents. We have found that most business mail relevant content is on the first page; however, if you require more pages, respond to the email you received to request additional pages (only $.10/additional page).
Delivery: Standard Mail Scan Services
BSSI staff have safeguards in place to protect the contents of your mail. Once BSSI staff receive your order and all necessary information to set up your standard mail scan services, we begin the process. Setting up your service includes the time required to enter the data into our technology. Once it is set up on our technology devices, they provide the service manually. We email you when we receive mail to let you know it’s arrived. With the Standard Mail Scan service, you will receive an email attachment showing the front of the envelopes you received.
