Premium Mail Scan Service
When you add Premium Mail Scan Service, we scan your mail as it arrives. You will receive a same-day email alert that provides a digital representation of the mail you received. You will see the front of each envelope PLUS the first page of the letter’s contents. We have found that a business’s mail relevance is found on the first page. However, if you require more pages, please reply to the email you received to request them (at a rate of only $0.10 per page). SSI staff have safeguards in place to protect the contents of your mail.
Delivery:
Once BSSI staff receive your order and all necessary information to set up your mail scan services, we begin the process. Setting up your service includes the time required to enter the data into our technology. Once it is set up on our technology devices, they provide the service manually. We will email you when we receive an email to let you know it has arrived. With the Premium Mail Scan service, you will receive an email attachment containing the front of the envelopes and the first page of their contents.
