Direct Call To Cell: When someone calls your BSSI-assigned number, the call is immediately redirected to your cell phone via the direct call-to-cell feature. This allows you to answer the call. Optional setting.
The Direct Call to Cell service is only used as an add-on to the Identity service package. Being the Identity is not a phone answering package, such as the Starter, Pro, or ProPlus. We offer this DCC service to Identity clients. The Identity package is popular for business addresses, mail handling, and other services, but it does not include any phone services.
Direct Call to Cell (DCC)
When your company is ready to step up to a phone answering package that includes the Call Time Scheduler, you will at least get a business number and the ability to forward calls to your cell. Once you’re ready to step up to a phone-answering package, we can seamlessly transition with our technology. BSSI assigns your company a local phone number and routes it to your cell ( or landline).
Direct Call to Cell vs Call Time Scheduler Services
Direct Call to Cell is a one-off add-on product for the Identity package. The DCC provides a client with a number and forwards it to a cell or other phone devices. The Call Time Scheduler comes automatically with the Starter, Pro, and Pro Plus packages. The Call Time Scheduler has more functionality than the DCC.
Call Time Scheduler Functionality
The BSSI phone answering call auto-attendant (Starter Package) answers calls and forwards voicemails to you via email. With the call time scheduler, your calls are scheduled during regular business hours. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time to go to voicemail or forward to you. Then you can choose to route calls from 5 pm to 9 am to your voicemail or forward them to the phone number of your choice.
The BSSI Live Answering packages Pro and ro Plus also come with the Call Time Scheduler. Our staff answers business calls during regular business hours. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time. Then, you can choose to route calls from 5 pm to 9 am to your voicemail or cell phone to answer essential calls out of business hours. This is a business-specific option. Otherwise, calls are routed to voicemail during the hours of 5 pm – 9 am.
