Courier Package

You call to check your mail received, then drop by to pick it up.

Mail Forwarding*
You provide a mail forwarding address and choose a schedule for sending mail. We will forward the mail using the instructions you provided us. Our staff will collect, store, and then forward mail as prearranged. *Charges may apply.
CMRA
BSSI is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) for the United States Postal Service (USPS). We receive mail on your company’s behalf. You will need to sign a USPS Form 1583.
Assigned Phone Number
All BSSI phone Answering packages provide a local phone number. The local number provides the ideal image you want as a business.
Auto-Attendant
With all live answering packages, you receive the auto-attendant, which provides six dialing options to a caller.
Custom Greeting
As part of all phone answering packages, we provide a human-recorded greeting customized for your business.
Voicemail to Email
All your voicemails are emailed to you for review.
Call Time Scheduler
If you choose, your calls will be routed to one place during business hours and then to another after hours.
Music On Hold
All three phone packages come with music on hold. Respectable on-hold music is needed to present a professional image when clients call your business.

Your calls are answered in your company name with customized messages. After a message is taken, it is sent to you via email or text.
Text to Cell Phone
BSSI sends messages to your cell if you want with the Standard and Premium Live answering packages. You choose to call them immediately or respond later. The text messages are sent to the mobile phone number you provide.
Premium Live Answering*
Your calls are screened, and then numerous options exist. We can forward the call to you or someone else, take a message, or direct it to voicemail.
Find Me Follow Me
Premium Live Answering includes the Find Me Follow Me services. Our staff screens all your calls and then announces to you. Then, you take the call, transfer it to someone else, have us take a message, or send it to voicemail.

Standard Mail Scan Service
Receive same-day email alerts of your company’s new mail. View the front of each envelope your business receives daily.
Premium Mail Scan Service
Receive same-day email alerts of your company’s new mail. Each email alert will scan the front of each envelope and the first page of its contents. A 10-cent charge per additional page will apply for extra pages per envelope.

411 Local Phone Directory Assistance Listing Service
Your customers and prospects will find you in the local 411 Phone Directory! The monthly listing charge is $10. Notably, a one-time $25 setup fee applies. $35 due at sign-up.
Additional 100 Call Block Premium Answering
Add a block of 100 Live Premium Answering calls at a discounted rate. When your business grows, so will your phone package.
