Growth and Expansion: Larger Facilities June 2008
Blue Skies Funding Inc. made another giant leap in its development as the need for co-working spaces and virtual offices remained high. Later, in June 2008, the company moved to a bigger office at Lindell Professional Plaza to meet the growing demand of new businesses that require professional, flexible work environments. In this new facility, there was a greater variety of office sizes, from single offices for executives to multiple-room offices and a much larger reception area, making it possible to expand their operations.
“Our expansion reflects the confidence that the local business community has in our model,” Frankola stated. “When transitioning to a larger space, we’re not only expanding the capacity, but we are also improving the services provided to the clients. From a better IT infrastructure to additional meeting facilities, the expansion enables the company to address the client’s growing needs.
The new facility also had a new look that made workspaces efficient and beautiful, enabling productivity for all tenants. The expansion proved that Blue Skies Funding Inc. was willing to grow, develop, and bring new ideas into the corporate real estate market.
