Phone service in the Starter, Pro and Pro Plus packages includes one (1) voicemail box. As you add staff members, departments and/or divisions, considering adding additional voicemail box(es).  Each voicemail box allows for a specific and custom greeting; each voicemail box allows messages to be sent to one (1) specific email address.
