Call Block Premium Answering 100
This additional block offers an extra 100 Premium calls/month. The ProPlus phone answering package includes Call Block Premium Answering, which provides one hundred (100) Calls. Premium Live Answering is a live receptionist service that provides the Find-Me Follow-Me feature. When your calls exceed the monthly allotment, overage calls are billed at $1/call. We use the simple “call-count” method rather than “pay by minutes;” we believe there are significant savings! When your business experiences an increase in call volume, you can buy additional call blocks to receive answered calls at a discount. Allow BSSI-trained and experienced phone operators to alleviate the burden of managing your business’s phone calls.
Call Block Premium Answering No Minute Charges
When BSSI created our Live Phone Answering services for future customers, we decided to be affordable and straightforward. We reviewed the marketplace and saw the minutes model with the reporting that comes with it. BSSI management decided we would rather provide a call-based program.
Overcharges
If a client gets more calls than the allotted monthly amount, what happens?
It comes down to a $1 per-call overcharge fee versus upgrading with a 100-call bundle. If upgrading with a bundle, then the bundle cost is for the previous month in question. Moving forward, we would assume you keep the b100 call bundle, but that is up to you.
