DIRECT CALL TO CELL (DCC)

The Direct Call to Cell service is most often used as an add-on to the Identity service package.  BSSI assigns your company a local phone number and routes it to your cell ( or landline)

Another example of how DCC is utilized is with live answering service package.  BSSI staff answer business calls during normal business hours. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.  Then, you can choose to route calls 5 pm – 9 am to your cell phone to answer important calls out of business hours.  This is business specific and optional.  Otherwise, calls are routed to voicemail during the hours of 5 pm – 9 am.
