BSSI typically uses USPS to send your mail. Our mailroom team knows the system well and can forward your mail quickly and easily. The cost of this service includes a 30% handling fee in addition to postage. For example, if postage is $1, then the handling fee would be 30 cents, and the total cost would be $1.30. Postage depends on the mail’s weight, size, and destination.

First-Class Mail

This is best for letters and large, light, flexible envelopes. USPS usually delivers in 1–5 days, but times can vary. This option does not include tracking. Please remember that if you choose this method, the item will be invisible during transit.

Ground Advantage

A budget-friendly choice for packages. Delivery usually takes 2–5 days, and tracking is included so you can follow your package. This is a good option when visibility isn’t as important to you.

Priority Mail

Mail Forwarding with FedEx & UPS

If you prefer your mail be forwarded using FedEx, you’ll need to provide your account number so the carrier can bill you directly. With this method, BSSI charges a flat $5 handling fee per item forwarded.

Depending on your mail forwarding address, the urgency of the delivery, and other factors, using FedEx or UPS to forward your mail might be a better option than USPS. For example, some business owners prefer direct access to tracking information through their FedEx or UPS account so they can track their packages’ progress online independently. Additionally, some customers find that FedEx and UPS offer more reliable service, especially with international shipments. If you don’t have your own FedEx or UPS account, don’t worry! As two of the most popular mail carriers in the United States, they make setting up an account convenient and straightforward.

Other Carriers 

We don’t create shipping labels for carriers other than USPS, FedEx, or UPS. However, we can forward your mail via other airlines if you provide a label. BSSI’s $5 handling fee still applies for these carriers. If you choose this method, be sure to schedule a pickup with your carrier at our office!

All BSSI Virtual Office and Phone Answering agreements are between two companies, not an individual and multiple companies. BSSI is a business-to-business (B2B) service provider. The agreements cannot be assigned to another company. Do your clients know you by another name? Your fictitious name (DBA) can be added and shared with your corporation or LLC at a discounted rate in the mailbox. Each company name and/or sister company requires its agreement and incurs fees. 

Mail receiving is included with your business address services, so you can rest easy knowing your mail is handled for you. You’re welcome to pick up your mail at our facility at no additional cost. If you choose extra services like mail scanning or forwarding, separate fees will apply based on the service selected.

We are registered with the USPS as a commercial mail-receiving agency (CMRA), allowing us to receive mail on behalf of our customers. The Virtual Offices of Las Vegas facility provides private offices and conference rooms for one-on-one interviews or larger meetings. Our facilities are available on a reservation basis, subject to location and availability. The New York City office is strictly a mail facility with a reception area.
