BSSI is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agent (CMRA) for the United States Postal Service. Our Mail Forwarding Service allows our staff to receive your mail and forward it to you. When you sign up, you will go through an onboarding process and complete forms to specify your mail-handling preferences. Daily, twice a week, weekly, and monthly; the 1st & 15th of the month are the forwarding schedule options.
The method we use to forward your mail depends on the following options: USPS regular 1st class, Priority, or a courier service such as FedEx or UPS. If your preferred method is a service such as FedEx or UPS, please provide your account details. All ML Forwarding Service charges and handling fees apply.
When forwarding mail to our clients, the delivery method determines how your packages are tracked. The US: FedEx, DHL, and other shipping companies have different tracking standards. Please be aware of these tracking capabilities. Our staff does a great job of accepting mail, alerting you to received mail, scanning it, and documenting all mail handling. We’re not responsible for tracking once the package leaves the facility. We will not have access to that information unless the carriers provide it.

The agreements cannot be assigned to another company. Do your clients know you by another name? Your fictitious name (DBA) can be added and shared with your corporation or LLC at a discounted rate in the mailbox. Each company name and/or sister company requires its agreement and incurs fees.
